Analysis and optimization problems for some users activity model. Part 2. Internal resources optimization

The paper continues investigation of the mathematical model describing the activity of users sugessted by the author earlier. The problem of optimizing the distribution of information system internal resources based on the quadratic criterion of quality is formulated and solved. Suboptimal optimization algorithms are presented.
