Abstract: The paper considers a methodological approach to modeling the competence of experts conducting the expertise of scientific projects carried out in organizations, as well as by grants from scientific foundations. The proposed approach has been pre-tested and will improve the efficiency of implementation and the quality of expertise in various areas of the modern digital economy.
