Decision-making methods for the management of the medical personnel recruitment

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the development of decision-making methods for the intelligent management of medical personnel recruitment. The problem of the management of the healthcare staff labor market is identified as ill-structured problem and reduced to the problem of decision-making based on selecting the policy for the agreement of supply and demand. It also proposes the models for supply and demand in the healthcare staff labor market on the based fuzzy situation analysis, possible scenarios for the relationship between supply and demand are outlined. By taking into account the varying nature of the agreement between supply and demand, fuzzy pattern recognition based decision-making methods have been developed for the healthcare staff recruitment.
