Classical power indices splitting

Power index method is a major method for voting power measuring. The most popular power indices are Shapley–Subik and Banzhaf ones. Both indices have self-duality property: pushing and blocking powers are equal to each other. The natural approach is suggested for splitting power indices into not symmetric components. Splitting of Shapley–Subik and Banzhaf indices are considered.
