It is the last part of the paper with the same title. The goal of this third part of the paper is the analytic review of Russian solutions, products and systems. There are three parts in the paper. Russian R&D in instrumental tools for knowledge representation are presented in the first one. The second part is addressed to the review of information extraction methods used within the Russian R&D groups. And the last part is connected with the discussion of Russian developments in knowledge spaces for applied intelligent systems and Semantic Web domain.
