Abstract: The paper presents a multifunction system for evidence-based clinical practice support. The system facilitates searching of medical publications and reference information in Internet resources, formulating questions in PICO framework and critical appraisal of publications; provides access to clinical and statistical calculators; enables compiling and storing of answers to clinical questions. The system was tested in general hospital and proved its usefulness for clinical decision support.
