Import of structural organization of knowledge for analysis of the biochemical data

Abstract: The acquisition of knowledge is the most important and difficult process of intellectual system developing. It includes the extraction of information and its structural organization. The method of structuring the information gathered by professional experts in nonformalized medical areas is proposed. At the first level of structuring of knowledge key questions (blocks) are formed. The responses to these questions describe completely the problem solved by experts. At the second level structural organization of parameters space in each block are performed. Some examples of such structure in the domain of clinical laboratory diagnostic are presented.
