Abstract:
The problem of neural model constructing for tumor cell survival under hyperthermia is posed. Two neural architectures each of them produces the parametric collection of survival functions in different attribute spaces are proposed. Both collections can be used to predict the hyperthermia effect in biomedical applications. The training procedures for the neural models considered are described and the modeling results for the experimental survival data of Chinese hamster V79 cells are discussed.
