Abstract: A method for constructing and configuring a new type of soft situational-cognitive models is presented, in which it is proposed to use the results of scenario modeling based on a cognitive network structure to assess the strength and timing of the impact of situational decisions on dependent features in the situational network structure. A method of intellectual support for situational decision-making in conditions of uncertainty based on soft situational-cognitive models is proposed and illustrated by example, taking into account various behavioral strategies and scenarios for achieving target situations through the combined use of situational and cognitive structures. This method forms the best sequence of situational decisions, depending on the chosen strategy, with justification of the time of their application and the reaction of situational signs to the impact.

Keywords: soft situational-cognitive models, polymorphic hybridization, situational decision support.
