Finite-dimensionality of the group of automorphisms of a real-analytic surface

A study is made of groups of biholomorphic transformations of real-analytic surfaces of arbitrary codimension in the complex space $\mathbf C^n$. A condition for the finite-dimensionality of this group is given in terms of an Hermitian form.
