On the alternating directions method for the calculation in cylindrical coordinates of the flow of a viscous incompressible fluid

Abstract: The paper presents alternating directions schemes for the Navier–Stokes equations in cylindrical coordinates. The convergence of the approximate solutions to the exact solutions is proved, and estimates are given for the speed of convergence.
