Indicators of functions of order less than one that are analytic in an open half-plane and have completely regular growth in interior angles

Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for a function of order $\rho$ analytic in the open half-plane to have completely regular growth with respect to the order $0<\lambda<\rho<1$ in each angle in the interior of this half-plane. Formulas are also obtained for the indicators (with respect to the order $\lambda$) of functions of this class.
