Abstract:
In this paper, we consider a system of two nonlinear equations with a deviating argument, which is a generalization of the well-known “demand–supply” model. It is shown that taking into account the delay and competition significantly changes the behavior of solutions of the corresponding dynamic system. From the qualitative point of view, this mathematical model demonstrates dynamics that are quite natural from the economic point of view.
