Representation of the general solution of the Cauchy–Riemann equation with strong interior and boundary singularities in lower coefficients

A representation of the general solution of the Cauchy–Riemann equation with interior and boundary strong singularities in the lower coefficients in a domain with piecewise smooth boundaries is constructed, which is used to study boundary-value problems.
