Parameter stability under constant perturbations

Abstract: For a normal periodic system of ordinary differential equations with a small parameter, we examine the stability property of the origin under the assumption that the right-hand side of the system has a critical linear approximation. The stability conditions are formulated in terms of estimates of the monodromy operator.
