Generating sets of the complete semigroup of binary relations defined by semilattices of the class $\Sigma_4(X,4)$

In this article, we study generating sets of complete semigroups of binary relations defined by $X$-semilattices of unions of the class $\Sigma_4(X,4)$. We find the unique irreducible generating sets for these semigroups.
