Local perturbations of free dynamics of quantum systems

The survey is devoted to the study of dynamics of systems with infinitely many degrees of freedom. In particular, an exposition is presented of the powerful new technique of cluster expansions, which makes it possible to prove asymptotic completeness for systems of the type indicated in the title.
