Abstract:
In plane one-dimensional geometry the researches of dynamics of space-time distributions of a bulk negative charge and electric field strength created in electronegative and no electronegative gases, due to emission of electrons from a surface of solid bodies are carried out. The strong temperature dependence of the basic characteristics of drift-diffusion distributions is marked. Is shown, that in case of electronegative gas (air mix) the active participation of ions $Î_2^-$ and $Î_4^-$ in processes of ‘exchange’ of a charge with a body results in essential greater accumulation of a positive charge on a surface of a body, than in a case of no electronegative gas.
