The Program Package Kinrz for Solving the Multigroup Transport Equation for Neutrons and $\gamma$- Quanta in Two-Dimensional R-Z Geometry by the Method of Discrete Ordinates

Abstract: In this paper the program package KINRZ intended for solving the multigroup steady-state transport equation for neutrons and gamma-quanta in two-dimensional R-Z geometry by the method of discrete ordinates is considered. In the given version of program the anisotropy of scattering is taken into account in the form of series of Legendre polynomials of arbitrary order. Besides the synthetic acceleration of convergence of inner iteration is used (DSA-method).
