Abstract:
Kinetic approach to modelling of phase transition in solids at their fluctuation stage, as well as to creation of mathematical models cluster formation of vacancy and impurity nature, is discussed. The spherical Brownian particles model is used for it. We use stochastic analog method for solve mathematical physics problem. Solutons of Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov and Fokker-Planck-Kramers equation are changed simulation of stochastic process and solution of stochastic differential Ito and Ito-Stratonovich equations, which describe such casual process. Used method allows to numerical estimate mathematical expectation of casual data of phase model coordinates, their dispersions and numerical estimate density of transitional probability of casual process. It represents distribution function.
