Abstract:
The mathematical models of the vector optical transfer operators (VOTO) are suggested to compute Stoke's parameters vector as the solution of the general boundary-value problem in the polarized radiation transfer theory for a plane layer. The VOTO kernels are the tenzor of influence functions (IF's) or the tenzor of the spatial-frequency characteristics (SFC's). The basic models of the vector IF's and SFC's are separated. T-matrix method is developed and generalized to the multiple scattering theory.
