Evolution of Fortran. Decremental Features and Modern Languages Elements for their Replacement

2E 0volutional conception of Fortran development is considered. The lists of fixed decremental features in Fortran 90 and Fortran 95 are given. The set of features to include into the Fortran 2000 decremental list is suggested. Rationale and suggestions concerning replacement decremental features by modern Fortran elements are given.
