Abstract:
The peculiarities of the TVD Roe scheme use in problems of gas flow stream around the cylindrical body are considered. The results of the numerical calculations in Cartesian and polar coordinate systems are compared. The dependence of numerical decision from the choice of the difference grid the accuracy of representation of the cylindrical body on it and the way of boundary conditions settings is analised. The comparison of numerical results obtained by TVD Roe scheme and the improved Big Particles difference scheme is also carried out.
