Abstract: The mathematical models of the influence functions (IFs) for general boundary-value problem in the transfer theory for a plane layer with a reflecting bottom and with a dividing border of two media, refracting and reflecting of a radiation. In the case of the horizontally inhomogeneous borders the fundamental solution can (define) determine by Fourier transform method. The mathematical models of the spatial-frequency characteristics (SFCs) - the IF's Fourier image in horizontal coordinates derivated. The asymptotically exact solutions to problem presented in the form of functionals with kernels being IFs or SFCs.
