Fundamentals of the Package REACTOR

This publication opens a series of papers devoted to the description of the system and functional software of the package of applied programs REACTOR. The most general principles constituting the basis for program implementation of this package are presented. Most attention is concentrated on the description and implementation of a means to achieve flexibility, parametric and machine independence for this program system.
