Microaccelerations on Board Earth Artificial Satellites. Analysis and Use of Measurement Data Received from on Board Accelerometers

S. G. Zykov, V. V. Sazonov

Abstract: The following problems arising in analysis and use of data received from Space Acceleration Measurement System (SAMS) are considered: 1) calculating a quasi-state acceleration component on the base of information about real satellite attitude motion, using this component for testing accelerometers in a low frequency range; 2) spectral analysis of measurement data obtained in the Space Shuttle STS-60 mission and on board the Mir orbital station; 3) digital filtering and approximating a low frequency acceleration component.
