Abstract: Discrete transparent boundary conditions for 2D Maxwell equations with dispersion (DTBC) are developed and formulated for the case of the pseudospectral discrete differentiation operator on the boundary. Test implementation is made for the wave equation in order to study some properties of the approach. The proposed boundary conditions are transparent with expected accuracy; they can provide stable long time calculations.
