Abstract: The method of the influence functions and the spatial-frequency characteristics was applied to the solution of the general boundary-value radiation transfer problem in a plane layer with a reflecting underlying surface. Sets of the basic models of a reflection operators, the basic models to compute the illumination of the reflecting bottom, the basic models of a linear approximation of the optical transfer operator in a problem of radiative correction for remote sensing of underlying surface with the different insolation sources were formulated.
