N. S. Timofeev, G. G. Malinetskii

Abstract: We consider criteria of historical progress of infrastructure development, objective functions of infrastructures in society and a prediction long-term infrastructure development in Russia with the change of the principle of settlement. We show that there is a possibility not to come up the West and not to repeat the way it has passed at the industrial era, but overtake without coming up. These possibilities are connected with the creation of new types of vehicles and of infrastructures.

Keywords: infrastructure, weather, electricity, transport, population density, urban environment, technocenose, informational infrastructure, new paradigm of transport’s development.
