Equivalence by Chernoff and evolution equations for density matrix and Wigner function for linear quantization

Abstract: The Chernoff equivalence notice for operator-functions is generalized for the solutions of quantum evolution equations for statistical operators — density matrix and Wigner function. The evolution equations are derived and investigated for arbitrary linear quantization. In general case Wigner equation has a diffusion part due to quantization packet effects.
