Calculation of the economy efficiency factors for oil-gas projects in non-stationary external conditions scenario

The method of non-stationary economical efficiency calculation for oil-gas projects is constructed. This method is generalized the traditional one for the case of non-stationary variation of external parameters. The elasticity coefficients and area of break-even prices are calculated with the use of numerical algorithm, which has been constructed for this purpose.
