On uniqueness of solutions to the problem of stationary diffusion in an incompressible turbulent flow

Abstract: We establish uniqueness of solutions to divergent second-order elliptic equations with a non-symmetric coefficient matrix whose skew-symmetric part has exponentially summable coefficients. We discuss other questions related to uniqueness of solutions.
