The algorithm for simulation of electrical and thermomechanical effects in the scattering electron beam

Abstract: The model of electromagnetic and thermomechanical fields generating in substance by scattering electron beam is considered. Model is founded on Maxwell equations with convective current and Euler equations with Lorentz force and Joule heating. Conservative difference analog of values, which provides the interaction of electromagnetic field with ionized substance are constructed. The simulation results, which demonstrate the electromagnetic field influence on the thermomechanical processes are represented.
