A compression method for a topology of hybrid mesh and a subroutine library hm4PackLib

Abstract: This paper contains the description of unstructured mesh compression method and the library hm4PackLib. The proposed method may be applied to obtain compact topology representation of hexahedron, tetrahedron, prism and pyramid meshes data. An author presents results of sequential and distributed data compression of meshes, which contains up to $5\cdot10^8$ elements.
