Abstract: The mathematical model of electron-photon cascade transport is represented. Model is based on kinetic equations for photons, electrons and positrons with an allowance of self-consistent electromagnetic field. Compton scattering and photoabsorption of photons are taken into account, along with electron-positron pair production. Bremsstrahlung, elastic scattering of electrons in screened molecular Coulomb field, molecular excitation by the electron impact and impact ionization of molecule are considered. The transport approximation is formulated for acceleration of discharge full current calculations. It is based on the angular scattering’ averaging.
