Abstract: In current work the approach of jet motion modeling after interaction with laser is described. At first the calculations of interaction between material and pulsed laser were made with the use of three dimensional program 3DLINE which is based on radiative gas dynamic model. The following jet motion was modeled with considering the surface tension in open integrated platform OpenFOAM. The agreement with experiment was analyzed.

Keywords: laser produced plasma, extreme ultraviolet, radiative gas dynamic, surface tension.
