Mathematical Modelling the Electromagnetic Pulse’s Propagation in the Solid Propellant Propulsion Device

Abstract: The propagation of the electromagnetic pulse in the construction of solid propellant propulsion device with the help of numerical solution of the 3D Maxwell's equations is considered. The influence of the incident direction and initial polarization of electromagnetic pulse on electric field behavior in the solid propellant propulsion device is investigated.
