Abstract: The existence and uniqueness of the Cauchy problem solution is proved in case of uniform reaction constants in the new model of clusterization-destruction processes. The analysis of eigenstates corresponding real part of spectrum is fulfilled for operator in the right sight of the base system, and the evolution operator is built.
