Abstract: The article describes the stages of development of the national network of optical monitoring of near-Earth space and current problems of the catalog of high-orbit space objects in the database of the Center for collection, storage, processing and analysis of scientific information on space debris at Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics RAS.
