T. V. Sivakova, V. A. Sudakov, Yu. P. Titov

Abstract: The solution of the problem of personnel selection by methods of fuzzy sets is considered. The description of the stages of personnel selection and the connection of these stages with the methodological foundations of the theory of decision-making is given. It is shown how to build a tree of aggregation of criteria for personnel decisions, how the search for personnel and fuzzy assessment of candidates for vacant positions occurs. Methods for multi-criteria fuzzy assessment of candidates based on fuzzy judgments of decision-makers are proposed. The software is implemented as a web service on the WS-DSS. This approach is useful when looking for employees to perform both simple and complex work, including work in the field of scientific and technical development.

Keywords: membership function, fuzzy set, job profile, personnel search, multicriteria analysis of alternatives.
