Abstract: “Saving the people” implying in particular the growth of incomes of the majority of the population of Russia is currently one of the priorities of its development. In addition, an important problem at present is the expansion of the country’s domestic market. A group of researchers presented to the State Duma a set of measures related to changes in tax policy and aimed at improving the welfare of the people of Russia.
We analyze the macroeconomic implications of the proposed range of measures on the basis of an expert simulation dynamic model. We show that the proposed reforms will significantly accelerate the economic development of Russia.
