An approach to the construction of a cognitive factor model for assessing the stability of objects in the cryolithozone

V. I. Baluta, S. S. Varykhanov, A. F. Zhirkov

Abstract: The problem of climate warming is considered as one of the threats that can lead to degradation of infrastructure in the northern regions due to a decrease in the bearing capacity of soils. The task of assessing the sustainability of infrastructure facilities requires an integrated approach that equally takes into account both weather and climatic and anthropogenic factors. The article considers the possibility of such consideration based on a cognitive factorial approach. The physical aspects of the task, methods of building a model, and sources of data for configuring the model are described. A variant of the complex model is given. An example of determining the values of influence factors based on the processing of experimental data is considered.

Keywords: cognitive factor model, stability of infrastructure in the cryolithozone, physical processes in the cryolithozone.
