Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the development of the concept and architecture of the decision support system (DSS) to ensure resilience of the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, which plays a key role in the sustainable development of regions. The DSS is based on the Leontief’s model adapted by the authors and tested on data for the Lipetsk region. The values of the elements of the Leontief’s direct cost matrices and the inter-industry balance are calculated, as well as the short-term damage from the shocks of 2019 and 2020 in relation to the “pre-crisis” 2018.
