The development of a scoring system based on Valtsev's bionic neuron nets for a customer’s credibility analysis

The scoring model of customer’s credibility analysis is developed. The model meets to recommendation, regulations and orders claimed to a leasing company. The point of the model is analysis both client and its leasing history. The model uses bionic neurons for the analysis. It was established that the scoring problem is identical to the dominant founding task.
