The mathematical simulation of electromagnetic acceleration of liner in different two-dimensional approaches

Abstract: The work is aimed to the modeling of electromagnetic acceleration of liner in device of intensification of power. Two 2D approaches are viewed: the section of spatial field by the plane $z=\mathrm{const}$ (transversal model) and the section by the plane $y=\mathrm{const}$ (longitudinal model). For the longitudinal case the mathematical and numerical models are constructed. Two models are compared, it is discussed their similarities and differences, the advantages and the defects of every model.
