Numerical investigation of the microwave discharge in gas

Abstract: A three-dimensional computer code has been developed for numerical calcula-tion of the discharge in UHF fields. The two-component model takes into account plasma-gas dynamics, ionization, dissociation, electron diffusion, chemical kinetics etc.
