Abstract: This paper contains the part of the report, which has done on the 22th of March, 2005 on the seminar for mathematical modeling of nanotechnology processes in Keldysh Institute for Applied Mathematics Russia Academy of Science. Future trends of nanobiology, the new promising research area of nanoscience are discussed. We consider two main directions. The first direction is connected with computations on DNA molecules. The second direction is the revision of the conception of the consciousness nature, which is connected with the analysis of the nanoscale self-organization in quantum systems.
