Technologies of complicated program elaboration for modern computers

Problems of large and complicated program elaboration for modern computers are considered. Fortran 90/95 features for solution of these problems are discussed. Among them the following aspects are analyzed: decomposition means, portability, reliability and readability features, object-oriented and structural programming, etc.
