Mathematical modeling for convective mass transfer. Part 2. Above-critical convection

The paper is concerned with numerical study for onset of convective motion in liquid phase epitaxy of ternary alloys. The process is considered for Rayleigh number in range from $2\cdot 10^3$ to $4\cdot 10^4$. Comparison of 2D and 3D results is performed.
