Abstract:
This article presents a mathematical apparatus, based on the factorization approach for solving systems of partial differential equations of arbitrary order with constant coefficients. Its application to concrete boundary problems of solid mechanics and continuum mechanics allows us to formulate methods for evaluating the stress-strain state of a block-structured medium, which blocks are formed heterogeneous materials. The results can be used in seismology to assess the natural and anthropogenic induced seismicity areas.
